- No mouse droppings were observed in the kitchen area at the time of inspection. Continue pest control efforts until pest control company confirms they are eradicated.

- Mouse droppings were seen in the various hard to reach areas of the kitchen such as behind the refrigerator, stove etc. Ensure the following:- Clean up the mouse droppings and disinfect thoroughly using 1000ppm bleach solution.- Contract the services of a professional pest control company.- Provide an Executive Officer with Alberta Health Services with all reports provided by the pest controlcompany.- Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the kitchen.
