     • No prepared surface sanitizer was onsite in the bar unit. Advised operator to obtain sanitizer from the approved kitchen in the building. Ensure when set up at temporary food booth, all food contact surfaces (ie. countertops) are sanitized prior and as needed when in use.
   • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
     • No thermometer was onsite for operator to use. Operator was reheating foods in air fryer. A thermometer is needed onsite to ensure proper reheating temperature (ie. 74 deg C) is reached
