      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Small amount of old food debris (potato/potato skin) noted on the blade (corners) of the potato slicer.
      • 2) Clean fryer baskets were stored in the mop sink overnight.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Staff cleaned and sanitized the potato slicer blade at time of inspection. Ensure to use a brush with bristles for thorough cleaning and sanitizing.
      • 2) Fryer baskets were rewashed and sanitized at time of inspection. Do not store any food/food-related item in your mop sink. This sink is for mop water only.

      • Observation: Some refrigeration units were missing thermometers inside.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Top rack/tray of meat grinder observed to have some meat remnants on it. Staff stated the meat grinder had not been in use today. The interior parts of the grinder were clean.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all parts of the meat grinder (and other equipment) are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use. Staff manually rewashed and sanitized the top portion of the grinder at time of inspection.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dirty mop water was left in the mop bucket overnight.
      • Corrective Action(s): Always empty your mop bucket after use, as dirty mop water/standing water may attract pests.
