- 19(3) A food establishment must have lighting, ventilation, heating, refrigeration and plumbing that is appropriate to the specific activities of the food establishment and that is considered acceptable by the Minister.
- Plugs for the first and middle compartment of the three-compartment sink are not functioning properly so that the compartments can be filled with water. Repair or replace sink plugs.
- 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done:
(a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
- Employee observed dish washing was not demonstrating proper manual dish washing and sanitizing procedure. Employee was observed rinsing with water in the first compartment, spraying with water in the middle compartment and then dipping in sanitizer prior to air drying. Dishes must be washed in the first compartment with hot soapy water, rinsed with the water in the middle compartment, soaked in sanitizer for 1 minute in the third compartment, and then air dried.

- Rodent droppings observed on the floor under the dry storage shelves. Areas affected by rodent droppings were cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection.
- 19(3) A food establishment must have lighting, ventilation, heating, refrigeration and plumbing that is appropriate to the specific activities of the food establishment and that is considered acceptable by the Minister.
