      • Set up consultation with public health inspector to identify if back food processing area can be approved to be used.
    • 19(2)(a) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator:     (a) a supply of potable hot and cold water at adequate pressure and volume with the appropriate facilities to store and distribute the water and to control the water temperature;
      • 1. Test water for bacteria (Ecoli and Total Coliform) and full suite chemical and send results to [email protected] 2. Register water supply with NS Environment and Climate Change under the Public Drinking Water Supply Regulations by filling out and submitting form that is supplied.
