- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sliced lemons (in sugar syrup) observed being held at ambient room temperature on a shelf in the kitchen. Employee on duty at time of visit stated that they believed it was left out of the fridge by accident and transferred the container to the refrigerator.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure all cut/sliced fruits are stored in the refrigerator to prevent growth of microbes. Only whole/uncut produce can be stored without refrigeration.

- Observation: Black bar fridge under counter was at approximately 10C however no perishable foods in cooler at time of inspection.
- Corrective Action(s): This cooler has been consistently warm even though it has been adjusted and has been used for perishables in the past. A second bar cooler is available but not currently in use that may be used instead, recommend using this one if it is able to maintain 4C or less more consistently.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Main sandwich display cooler measuring 10C at the food level, cooler for smoothie fruit juices at 13C. No regular/daily monitoring of temperatures being done. Thermometer displaying at front of sandwich cooler ranged from 3-5C but thermometer placed in the same cooler also displayed 10C, do not reply on display temperature on this unit, instead use independant thermometer.
- All coolers must maintain 4C or less at all times.
- Corrective Action(s): Move all perishable food products to alternate cooler that is 4C or less (ex back large storage cooler). Adjust/repair both sandwich and smoothie coolers so that they maintain 4C or less at all times. Do not use either of these coolers until they are at and can maintain the required temperature Due: tomorrow

- Corrective Action(s): Either keep the cones in another location that customers cannot easily reach or put up a barrier in front of the cones. Cones moved during inspection.
