- 1) Exposed cement floor found in the walk-in-cooler due to missing floor tiles. There are also a number of cracked, chipped or permanently stained floor tiles throughout the premises. These dirty or damaged floor areas are not sealed, smooth, or cleanable. This will attract pests.
- 2) One of the door gaskets/seals has fallen off one of the display doors (Red Bull drinks) of the walk-in-cooler. Cold air is escaping and the door is not in good repair.
- 3) The wall and floor around the sink unit, beside the slurpee machines, is open and not cleanable.

- 1) Repair or replace all damaged or permanently stained floor tiles with new ones, so the floor is durable, smooth, sealed, level, and cleanable.
