- 1. Boxes of cake products were stored on the floor inside the walk-in freezer.2. Bags of Flour were stored on the floor at the dry storage area.Please move the food items to at least 6 inches above the floor and ensure all food items at the facility are always stored above the floor.

- Sanitizer test strips were not available to measure/verify the concentration of sanitizing solutions. If the facility continuously uses bleach/chlorine solution as observed during inspection, please purchase chlorine test strips and ensure the required 100ppm chlorine sanitizer concentration is maintained at all times.
