      • Outstanding since 10-06-2025.2.The caulking around the back handwash sink was worn and appeared dirty. Please remove old caulking and refinish the area.

      • There was some glue residue on the countertop surrounding the handwashing sink.- The operator scrubbed and removed the glue.

The top layer of laminate was lifting in multiple spots and was taped down. Please remove the tape and properly repair or replace the laminate. 2. The caulking around the back handwash sink was worn and appeared dirty. Please remove old caulking and refinish the area. 3. The cabinet door handle on the extra toy cabinet was not properly secure. Please secure door handle.
