      • 1) Garlic butter was kept on the counter with a surface temperature of 28°C.Food discarded.2) Marinara sauce kept on the hot holding unit with a surface temperature of 49°C. The sauce was reheated to 78°C.
    • 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
      • There was an offensive odour in the facility. It was indicated that the odour was coming out from the sewer drain.The staff poured bleach inside the sewer drain.Ensure bleach or water is poured into the drain on a daily basis.
