- No iodine test kit for glass cleaner.- Please acquire test kit and ensure routine monitoring is performed.

- 2x hand wash sinks in the front of house, and 1x hand wash sink in back of house were obstructed.- Do not store utensils or equipment in the basins and remove cutting board that is blocking portion of the hand wash sink basin at front of house.
