- - Room 106: Life Brand Sensitive Skin shaving cream was being used, and children had been playing with it. The container was empty and had already been discarded in the garbage. Ensure that only products labeled “non-toxic” are used and accessible to children.

- 1) Room 101: Two couches were found to be in disrepair. Please repair or replace them.2) The diapering mattress had dust and debris underneath. Please ensure that the mattress is cleaned regularly and maintained free of dust and debris.3) Room 209: One of the plastic tables was damaged. Please ensure it is repaired or replaced so that all surfaces are maintained in good condition and free of damage.4) Room 209: The finish on the wooden table was in disrepair, creating an absorbent surface. Please refinish or replace the table to ensure surfaces remain non-absorbent and easily cleanable.
