      • Dirt build-up dirt was observed on the drink dispensing gun at the bar. Gun was cleaned during inspection.Ensure the indicated area is cleaned and maintained in a sanitary manner.

      • Accumulated dirt and debris were observed in the following areas;- The vent /wall opposite the prep cooler in the kitchen.- The fans of the walk-in cooler in the kitchen and basement.- Under the shelves of the kitchen walk-in cooler.- Behind equipment in the kitchen.Ensure the indicated areas are cleaned and maintained in a sanitary manner.

      • The kitchen exhaust/commercial canopy and hoods is overdue for cleaning.- Contact a service professional to clean and service the commercial canopy.

      • There is no soap at the hand washing sink in the bar.Replace the missing soap at the bar handwashing sink.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Mice dropping is present on the floor in the dry storage area. Shredded materials were also noted on the floor in the kitchen back exit door area and in the staff room. - Use bleach water solution to clean and dispose all mice droppings observed in the food establishment.- Identify all potential points of entry (holes/cracks/crevices) on walls and floor in the entire food premise including basement storage rooms and have them closed/sealed to prevent pest entry into the food premise.- All foods must be stored in pest proof containers with protective covers to prevent contamination.

      • A gap was noted on the kitchen back exit door.Readjust or replace the back exit door weather stripping to prevent pest entry into the food premise.

Grains were noted on the floor in the basement grain grinding room.The caulking in the dishwashing area is visually dirty with mold-like and gunk-like substance. Clean the counters in the dishwashing area, floor and wall beneath the dishwasher. Clean the floor in the basement grain grinding room.Replace the old caulking in the dishwashing area.
