      • The following items require attention/repair:1) A ceiling tile above the middle toilet stall in the washroom shared by the Sunshine and Buckaroo rooms is water stained. Ensure that the indicated tile is replaced to aid in the monitoring of moisture drips.2) A 1 cm X 1 cm hole is present in the surfacing of the countertop of the washroom shared by the Sunshine and Buckaroo rooms and the wood subsurface is exposed. Please ensure that the wood subsurface covered / repaired and that the countertop is non-absorbent and easily cleanable.

    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • *Washroom near Ranger has back splash by the mirror heart shape that is in disrepair, and ceiling tile water stained. -Have the back splash repaired or replaced so that it is in good repair, impervious to moisture, easily cleanable. -Have the ceiling tile replaced or spot addressed due to the cause of the water source.

      • -Starship sink cabinet has had raw material that was exposed repaired. *Washroom near Ranger has back splash by the mirror heart shape that is in disrepair, and ceiling tile water stained. -Have the back splash repaired or replaced so that it is in good repair, impervious to moisture, easily cleanable. -Have the ceiling tile replaced or spot addressed due to the cause of the water source. -Washroom by Buckeroos the trim around the windows has been addressed and no longer showing signs of water damage.

Discussed with operator reason and possible solution to be considered as something should be in place either ceiling tile or vent.

      • *Starship sink cabinet has raw material exposed and is in disrepair. -Have the cabinet finished and repaired so that it is in smooth, impervious to moisture and easily cleanable. *Washroom near Ranger has back splash by the mirror heart shape that is in disrepair, and ceiling tile water stained. -Have the back splash repaired or replaced so that it is in good repair, impervious to moisture, easily cleanable. -Have the ceiling tile replaced or spot addressed due to the cause of the water source. *Washroom by Buckeroos the trim around the windows are showing signs of water damage. -Have a plan for how and when the window trim will be addressed to make it in good repair by the response date, or the window trim replaced so that it is in good repair.
