      • The following items require attention/repair:1) A ceiling tile above the middle toilet stall in the washroom shared by the Sunshine and Buckaroo rooms is water stained. Ensure that the indicated tile is replaced to aid in the monitoring of moisture drips.2) A 1 cm X 1 cm hole is present in the surfacing of the countertop of the washroom shared by the Sunshine and Buckaroo rooms and the wood subsurface is exposed. Please ensure that the wood subsurface covered / repaired and that the countertop is non-absorbent and easily cleanable.

      • -Discussed with operator who informed that floor repair would be completed by the end of January.*Storage room has floor surface that has a section that is in disrepair. -Have the area of disrepair floor addressed so that its smooth and easily cleanable.

      • *Washroom near Ranger has back splash by the mirror heart shape that is in disrepair, and ceiling tile water stained. -Have the back splash repaired or replaced so that it is in good repair, impervious to moisture, easily cleanable. -Have the ceiling tile replaced or spot addressed due to the cause of the water source.
