- A plumbing fixture under the mixed gender change room's sinks was dripping water in a steam at the time of the inspection.This situation is known by the facility and a shut off valve has been installed in the ceiling to help minimize the leak until a full repair can be completed. A drain and trap were indicated to be located behind the wall and below the floor where the water was leaking to help mitigate the flowing water.

- i) Soap was not available in one of the dispensers in the male washrooms ii) A section of the wall material in the male washroom have started to peel off. Only the male and family washroom were inspected. The female washroom was very busy.
