- The mixed QUAT sanitizer solution in the spray bottle was measured to be greater than 400 ppm at the time of the inspection.The concentrated solution was diluted until the solution was confirmed to be 200 ppm.Ensure that the chosen sanitizer solutions are mixed according to their manufacturer's instructions and that they do not require a rinse step.

- Bleach in use was observed to be "lemon scented".Discussed with staff to use the scent free bleach.Quatz based sanitizer avaialble in the facility can also be used.

- Owner noted that the large supply of spring rolls in Ziploc bags in the walk-in freezer were made in a home kitchen (not AHS approved).- Staff and Owner were directed to remove these from the premises, otherwise they were to be confiscated.
