- Observed a box of potatoes and bags of onions on the floor. Staff removed the potato box and onions off the floor.Ensure all food are protected from contamination and are stored off the floor at all times.

Observed doors of the cooler not closing tightly. Advised to transfer food items to another functioning cooler after breakfast serving. Foods moved to another cooler during the inspection. Operator stated that the cooler will be fixed.

- Observed beef and a bag of carrot stored on the floor under the shelves in the walk-in freezer and cooler at the time of inspection. Operator stated that delivery was done on October 12th and staff was not able to organize the space at the time of delivery.Ensure to store all food items off the floor and reorganized shelving in the walk-in freezer for proper storage of food items to prevent contamination.

Observed cooler doors secured by heavy objects to ensure cooler temperature is being maintained at or below 4C.
