      • 1) Maximum sauna temperature was missing from the signage. - Please add max dry sauna temperature to the signs.2) Missing statements from signage: "Patrons must wash hand with soap after using the washroom" & "No glass in the pool area".- Please add statements to signage.

      • 1) Safety and Supervision plan, Sanitation plan, and Water Quality incident response plans could not be located onsite. - Please ensure that these plans are created and are kept onsite in a location that is accessible to relevant staff members. 2) Anti-entrapment plans onsite indicate the drain covers expired in October 2025. Some other documentation onsite indicates they may have been changed in December 2023. - Please ensure anti-entrapment plans are updated to reflect the accurate drain cover information. If the covers are expired, please replace as soon as possible.
