      • The required written plans and procedures could not be located onsite. Plans include, Sanitation plan, Safety and Supervision plan, Water Quality Incident Response Plan, Anti-entrapment plans.- Please ensure that all plans are available onsite in a location that is known to staff for their reference.

      • There is no paper towel dispenser or hand dryer in the washroom. - Please install a paper towel dispenser, ensure patrons can properly dry their hands after using the washroom.

    • 04. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this pool premises (Non-Critical)?
      • Food and beverage consumption areas are not clearly indicated at this time. Was advised signage will be going up to help delineate the eating area from the pool area.
    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Washroom not yet finished. No soap or paper towel at the handsink; no soap at the shower. Shower temperature will need to be checked to ensure it is between 35-45C.
    • 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • For patron education plan, need to advise how the following information will be provided to patrons (could also put on signage in pool area):-Children, 35 months and under and anyone who is or may be incontinent should wear protective, water-resistant swimwear-Patrons with diarrhea or a history of diarrhea over the previous two weeks should not use the public swimming pool-Patrons should consult with a physician prior to using the whirlpool if pregnant, have a medical condition (including but not limited to heart disease, hypertension, seizures, diabetes or obesity), if greater than 65 years of age or if have a medical condition requiring the ongoing care of a physician.Safety and Supervision Plan is missing information on the storage and handling of pool chemicals. Please add to the plan and provide a copy.Some information/statements missing from signage as indicated in the swimming pool/whirlpool reports.
