      • Observation(s): Cleaning chemicals are accessible in the cupboard under the sink because the child safety lock is not secured. Ensure all hazardous substances are stored in a manner that is inaccessible to children. During the inspection, the cupboard was secured and the cleaning chemicals made inaccessible to children.

      • Observation(s): The approved washrooms on the lower level were renovated. The children were not able to access the washrooms while they were being updated. The children were required to use another washroom located beside the children's approved washrooms. The children now have access to their approved washrooms. The Licensee did not notify Licensing of this change until the day of the inspection. Corrected during the inspection.
