- There was rotten smell detected in the dishwashing area - most likely from lack of grease trap maintenance. As I was informed, grease trap service company has been contacted. Please email me copy of the invoice to confirm this was done.

- Ranch dressing used in chicken burgers was left out at room temperature in a squeeze bottle for up to 6 hours. Mustard sauce mixed in the restaurant from a powder was left out in a squeeze bottle for over two hours.Original label for ranch dressing states "keep refrigerated" and time as a public health control approval has not been received for neither of these two products. Therefore, both products must be kept in a fridge or maximum 2 hours at room temperature and leftover need to be discarded after the 2 hour.Both products placed in a cooler immediately.

- Floor in hard to reach areas/corners (around the mop sink, under dishwashing sink, behind the deep fryer) and ceiling around the vents require more thorough cleaning.Range hood was due for cleaning in November of 2023.Unused equipment should be removed to facilitate more effective cleaning.
