- Mozza sticks used for cheese stuffed crust kept at room temperature. This is not allowed unless Time as a public health control approval was received from AHS. Cheese sticks moved to the cooler during the inspection.

- Pizza prep cooler - handle on one of the lids was broken and taped up with duct tape - this is not acceptable as duct tape doesn't allow for proper cleaning and sanitizing. Please remove the duct tape and repair the handle.Wall above prep table was stained and needs to be cleaned.There was some debris/evidence of non consistent cleaning in staff washroom, around the back entrance and around the grease trap - please have this area cleaned.Some of the pizza screens are heavily stained and need to be replaced.
