- 2. QUATS sanitizer should be filled in the 3rd compartment of the sink for sanitizing utensils and food contact equipments. Fill the sanitizer sink to ensure all equipment and utensils can be sanitized during manual warewashing.

- Corrective Action(s): Container was moved to the raw chicken storage area in the walk in cooler during the inpsection. Raw foods must be stored on the bottom shelf to prevent cross contamination.
