     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Small overflow fridge for foods in kitchen at 10 C. Thermostat at low. Operator turned up.
     • Corrective Action(s): Monitor temperatures in this unit (with existing thermometer). Make sure it gets to 0 to 2 C range. If, yes than send email. If no than remove hazardous foods to alternate storage.
     • Verify this and all cooling units for temperature on daily basis as monitoring system.
