      • Observation: Grassroots disinfectant auto dispenser at dish sink observed at or below 100 ppm (quats) concentration. Should be at least 200 ppm.
      • Corrective Action(s): Have unit serviced such that it can maintain proper sanitizer residual to adequately kill germs of concern and make the equipment in this area safe for use. Manually add sanitizer at ratio to achieve 200 to 400 ppm (Quats).
