- Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all sanitizer spray bottles contain >200ppm of QUATS sanitizer and are labelled to be easily identifiable. Operator replaced the solution at the QUATS dispenser tested at >200ppm. Test stripes are available to use, ensure to replace solution on a daily basis.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Main handwash station in the middle of the kitchen lacked paper towel and soap. Operator indicated that this is a dedicated hand wash station
- 2. Main handwash station in the bar area has equipment placed inside the sink.
- Corrective Action(s): 1. All handwash station must always be stocked with hot/cold water, soap and paper towel. Operator replaced the paper towel and obtained soap for the hand wash station
- 2. Dedicated handwash station must always be clear of equipment/items in the sink and used for hand wash only. Operator removed the items from the sink

- 2. Ensure containers holding fruit/lemon slices are covered when not in use. Clean out the dump sinks mpore frequently. Ensure pest control company are spraying the area when issue gets worse.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Quats dispenser and quats spray bottle tested at 50ppm. Operator produced new solution of Quats using manual dilution as per manufactuer instructions. Continue to manually make sanitizer solution until dispenser can be fixed. Ensure to test the concentration on a routine basis.
- 2. Bar glass washer tested at 12.5ppm of chlorine on glass surface. Operator replaced new sanitizer bottle. Glassware tested to be >50ppm on plate surface.
