      • High level disinfectant CS20 was expired.Test strips for high level disinfectant was not available. Records were not maintained.Ensure a new high-level disinfectant is obtained, daily testing of disinfectant is completed with the test strip. Record daily tests.
    • 31. Are sinks accessible and used appropriately for the personal services provided?
      • The same sink is used for handwashing and tool cleaning. ENSURE the sink is disinfected between handwashing and tool cleaning. Have a written procedure for this process.
