      • Observation and discussion with manager indicated low-level disinfectant is used to disinfect semi-critical tools between client due to ease and client complaints of irritation.1. Education was provided on proper disinfection of semi-critical tools by cleaning, rinsing and then immersing the tools in the available high level disinfectant(HLD5) for 5 minutes, followed by a final rinse step.2. Ensure test strips for the chemical onsite is obtained.3. Test your solution day and maintain disinfection records. Or chnage the solution daily.
