- A bag of romaine lettuce was stored on the floor in the beer cooler. Staff moved the bag of lettuce to the shelf. Ensure that all food is stored off the floor. Corrected during inspection.

- Test strips for the sink and surface sanitizer were unavailable. Ensure that test strips for each type of sanitizer used in the facility are available.

- Several small flies were noted in the bar (near the hand wash sink). Address the fly issue. It's recommended that you contact your pest control company to discuss treatment options. Ensure that all areas are maintained free of pests.

- There was no light in the walk-in beer cooler. Install a light. All areas must be properly lit to facility cleaning.

- During the inspection, raw packaged meat was observed thawing under cold running water, in the kitchen hand sink.- Operator was informed to perform thawing at the designated food prep sink.- Ensure hand sink is used exclusively for handwashing.
