      • Cleaners were stored next to vinegar in the bar. Ensure that chemicals are stored separate from food. Corrected during inspection.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • 0ppm iodine was measured in the final rinse cycle of the dishwasher. Staff to use the high temperature glasswasher until the Iodine glasswasher is fixed. Ensure that 12.5-25PPM Iodine is measured in the final rinse cycle of the glasswasher. Ensure that the glasswasher is operating according to the manufacturer's specifications.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • There was no hand soap at the hand wash station at the far end of the cooking line. Ensure that all hand wash stations are equipped with soap and single-use paper towels.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Ice scoop was stored with handle in the bulk ice bin in the main bar. Ensure that the ice scoop is stored in such a way to protect the ice from contamination (i.e. store in a separate container). Corrected during inspection.
