      • Clock installed in window to outside but was not working at this time. Fix or replace clock.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • The flow meter indicator arm for the jet pump circulation system appears stuck. Replace/fix flow meter. Need to ensure flow is <100gpm as the new drain covers have a maximum allowable flow rate of 100gpm (for 2" pipe); last anti-entrapment plan indicated the flow meter was reading 97gpm.

      • The pH of the whirlpool water was measured as 7.49 but the controller was reading a pH of 7.02. Calibrate controller to ensure the controller pH reading matches manual tests. Corrected during inspection.
