- Paper towel dispenser at the hand sink was empty. - Please ensure dispenser is re-stocked.

- 1) Cabinet door underneath the sink is damaged. - Please repair the cabinet door, ensure all surfaces are smooth, non-porous, and cleanable.2) Wooden shelf holding the coffee urns is damaged exposing raw/porous wood. - Repair/reseal the wood, ensure it is smooth and cleanable.
