      • Fridges were initially not supplied with thermometers. Thermometers were added. - Please ensure all fridges are stocked with thermometers and temperatures are monitored.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • No thermometer with a max/min function was available to test the maximum temperature of the dishwasher. - Please acquire a thermometer with a max/min function to verify the maximum temperature of the dishwasher.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Paper towel dispenser at the hand sink was empty. - Please ensure dispenser is re-stocked.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 1) Cabinet door underneath the sink is damaged. - Please repair the cabinet door, ensure all surfaces are smooth, non-porous, and cleanable.2) Wooden shelf holding the coffee urns is damaged exposing raw/porous wood. - Repair/reseal the wood, ensure it is smooth and cleanable.
