- Quat test strips had expired in 2022.The operators mentioned that the Quat solution was only used during their busy days like Fridays but otherwise they used bleach solution.-Ensure that the Quat tests strips are valid and up to date which measures the Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm.

- Pest control records not being maintained.-Ensure that the pest control records are maintained.

- The washroom door was left open, and the food storage rack was located right across the washroom door.-Please ensure that the washroom door is closed and so that the food storage rack does not get exposed to contamination.

- The dough machine was covered with flour.-Please clean the dough machine regularly.

- No bleach test strips were available. The operators had recently switched from Quats (they had test strips for quats). Acquire test strips to ensure 100 ppm chlorine is achieved in the bleach-water sanitizer solution.

- Hand sink was blocked by slushie machine. Hand sinks must be available for use at all times and used regularly. Operator moved the slushie machine.
