     • As noted in Section 8 of the Food Safety Guidelines for Public Markets document, the Public Market Organizer's general responsibilities include: - Ensuring all food vendors are aware of the policies and guidelines for selling food, including the Food Safety Guidelines for Public Markets. • Refer all food vendors to a Public Health Officer for consultation. • Ensuring vendors selling Schedule A foods have the proper permit.
   • 9(a) An operator must renew a permit, other than a temporary permit, on or before the expiry date by submitting a completed renewal application to the Minister on a form approved by the Administrator together with all of the following: (a) the applicable fee prescribed in Section 5;
     • Organizer permit expired June 2025, renew permit.
