- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher is not working (see code 308). Concentration of quats sanitizer was inadequate.
- Corrective Action(s): Service the dispenser. After washing dishes in the dishwasher, immerse dishes in a bleach solution as discussed.
