- Please ensure the mechanical dishwasher is able to dispense 100ppm of chlorine, PHI ran the dishwasher 3-4 times and no sanitizer was dispensing, as mentioned you must sanitize dishes in the 2-compartment sink or only serve single use items.

- The kitchen fume hood was observed to be on but not suffice in drawing the smoke out of the kitchen, please have this repaired.

Coffee mugs stored on shelves by the entrance door observed to have heavy dust build up on shelves, please clean and sanitize. Please clean and sanitize bar fridges as heavy buildup of liquid debris observed on the bottom of the bar fridges.
