      • A staff member was observed wearing a bandage on the finger/hand. Staff was instructed to wear gloves or finger cots when working with a cut or bandage.

      • One of the handwashing sinks in the kitchen did not have paper towels. Paper refilled during inspection.

      • Food buildup on the bottom shelf of cooler located in front prep area.Requirement:Clean the cooler.
