      • Observed some clean and dirty tools stored together in the same container. Please ensure the dirty tools are stored separately so that it does not contaminate the clean supplies, tools.
    • 18. Is reusable equipment cleaned properly (Non-Critical)?
      • The tool scrubbing brush was in bad condition. Please replace.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Semi critical tools were not fully immersed in the disinfectant (Pre-empt CS20) during the disinfection process. Please ensure the tools are fully soaked during this process.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • Some manicure drawers were mended with tape that was peeling already. Dust present in drawers. - Repair the drawers so they are easy to clean.
