- Sanitizing step was not implemented after cleaning on food contacting surfaces, including the mixer.- Spray sanitizer after cleaning. Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle was measured over 200 ppm. - Remixed a 100ppm bleach solution. Ensure sanitizer concentration is confirmed with test strips.

- Droppings noted in the facility, on the edges of the back entrance, near the hot water tanks, and by the freezer in the pop drink storage room.- Remove the droppings. Continue to monitor for pest activity, retain reports for further follow up inspection.

- Jugs used for scooping dry foods were stored directly in the dry food bins. Use scoops with handles for dry foods and store properly in the scoop compartment of the bins or if storing in a container ensure it is cleaned daily.
- 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
- Quat solution in a sanitizer bottle was mistaken for bleach by the operator. Solution tested 200ppm using a quat test strip. The operator was unable to provide the original bottle for the quat solution. Ensure to keep original bottles of all sanitizing solutions to help identify their content and test regularly using appropriate test strips to verify the concentration of the solution. The quat solution was discarded during inspection.A fresh sanitizing solution was made using bleach concentrate that measured 100ppm to chlorine test strips.

- 1. Paper towel dispenser for in the front prep handwash station was in disrepair. Paper towel for this handwash sink was placed on top of the non-functional dispenser. Fix the paper towel dispenser. Provide paper towel in a dispenser to prevent contamination of the bulk supply. 2. Handwash station in the back prep area was obstructed by a shelf and some washed buckets that were drying beside the two-compartment sink. There was no paper towel for this handwashing station. Please move the shelf to allow easy access to the handwash sink. Provide paper towels in a dispenser for this handwash station. Dry washed equipment/utensils away from the handwash station. Dry on the work surface of the two compartment closer to the food prep table.The handwash sink must be accessible and adequately stocked at all times.
