      • Observation: 1. Mop bucket (not observed in active use during the inspection) was noted with dirty mop water and had the mop stored in the bucket during the inspection.
      • 2. Cardboards noted to lined the floor in the facility.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Discard the dirty mop water. Dirty mop water must be discarded immediately after use to avoid the standing water from attracting/ breeding flies.
      • 2. Remove all cardboards use to line the floor in the facility. All surfaces in the facility must be smooth, imprevious to moisture and easily cleanable - cardboards are not allowed to be used as liners. Cardboards could become a harbourage area and food source for potential pests.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Missing liquid soap dispenser by the handwash station closest to the reach-in cooler nearby the cookline.
      • Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected at the time of inspection** A pump style liquid soap dispenser was placed by this handwash station during the inspection.
      • All handwash station MUST always be accessible and equipped with running hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel at all time to allow food handlers to use when required to keep the hands clean for food preparation.
