- The dishwasher was not dispensing chlorine at 100 ppm. Multiple cycles were run and the unit primed. Sanitizer did not reach above 50 ppm. Please have the dishwasher adjusted or repaired and ensure it is dispensing chlorine at 100 ppm. If dishes are washed before the unit is repaired, ensure they are placed in a 100 ppm chlorine solution in the sink for two minutes then air dried after washing.
