- Temperature of fridge in back room was 7.8 C. Temperature was adjusted and dropped to 3 CFreezer in staff room at -11 C. Fridge in public area of library at 1.8 C

- No thermometers were present in the fridges to monitor the storage temperature of hazardous foods. Please provide a thermometer in all fridges that store food for public consumption and ensure staff are checking the temperature is at or below 4 C daily.

- Several winged ants were accumulating on the counter behind the craft sink. Please ensure ants are removed and proper pest control measures are in place, including pest control records.
