- Access to hand washing sink in beverage prep area was blocked with a rack having pops stored on it.Requirement:Ensure that access to hand washing sink is not blocked at any time.

- A customer brought a big dog in the store and the operator did not address the issue until asked by the health inspector.Requirement: - Ensure that live animals are not permitted in the food facility except for service dogs, ID must be verified for service dogs and dog must have vest on.- Post signage at the main door to indicate that live animals are not permitted in the food facility.
