      • A dedicated handwash sink required in the dishwashing area. Install soap and paper towel dispensers in the meantime so staff can wash their hands.

      • Clean and organize the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer so that food items are not stored on the floor.
    • 50(b) An operator must ensure that articles, equipment or materials not associated with the processing or preparation of food are stored        (b) in a manner that does not contaminate food or food preparation areas.
      • Organize dry storage area so that food items and single use containers are stored separate from items such as engine oil and coolant.

    • 20(1) A food establishment must have washroom facilities for staff and washroom facilities for the public available in a convenient location, unless exempted by the Administrator.
      • Staff washroom must be fixed back to the normal service for the staff.
    • 81 No person shall establish or operate a food establishment except in accordance with this Part and the regulations.
      • In accordance with Section 81 of the Health Protection Act, you must: Renew the expired permit.
