- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The only sanitizing spray bottle being used was empty at the time of inspection.
- Corrective Action(s): Staff refilled the sanitizing spray bottle with 200 ppm quats solution. Clean and sanitize food contact surfaces again. Ensure during operations, food contact sanitizer is always available for use.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizing bucket used to sanitize dough mixer measured with a concentration of less than 50ppm. Sanitizing dispenser above the mop sink not working properly and dispensing less than 50 ppm.
- Corrective Action(s): Discard the solution in the bucket and refill at the sanitizing dispenser at the 2 compartment sink. Clean and sanitize the dough mixer again with the fresh quats sanitizer.

- Corrective Action(s): 1. Operator stated the leak had been fixed and the compartment can not be used for 24 hours until the glue is fixed.
- 2. Service / remove the sanitizer dispenser above the mob sink. The dispenser must be able to dispense 200ppm quats solution. Correct by: Nov 30, 2022.

- Corrective Action(s): Drill and refill the sanitizing compartment with 200 ppm quats sanitizer. Ensure to change quats sanitizer at least every 2 hours or when the solution is dirty.
