- Corrective Action(s): Discard and refill the aforementioned containers with 200 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer from the dispenser. Educate the staff to leave the dispenser run for a few seconds before filling the containers. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces close to these areas.
