When asked, an employee advised that the contact time for Preempt CS20 was 15 minutes instead of 20 minutes according to manufacturer's specifications.**Follow manufacturer's recommendations for contact time to ensure disinfectant efficiency.3. Reusable semi-critical instruments such as cuticle and nail cutters were observed in the drawers of unoccupied nail booths. **Reusable semi-critical equipment must be cleaned and disinfected after use and in-between clients to reduce risks of contamination.
