      • Cooked chicken was cooling at room temperature - had been cooked an hour prior. Temp was 45C.**PLEASE cool quickly in the cooler.Front prep cooler with vegetables/cheese and sauce was running warm. 10 C ambient air temp.**Perishables moved to another cooler. Please do not use this cooler until it is maintained at 4C or below.
