      • There was no sanitizer prepared for surfaces.Please ensure a solution of bleach/water is prepared and readily available for surfaces during operation.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • There was no sanitize step being performed in the manual dishwashing procedure as indicated by staff onsite during interview. Please ensure all staff are trained in manual dishwashing procedures. Wash, rinse and followed by a sanitize step.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • There were no test strips for checking sanitizer strength.Please obtain chlorine test strips
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Handsink missing soap and paper towel in the front service areaPlease ensure the handsinks are stocked with soap and paper towel at all times.

      • Dipper well was not in use at the time of inspection. Scoops were stored in stagnent waterPlease ensure dipper well is in use while the store is in operation
