      • Floors throughout the premises were observed to be worn, damaged, and not maintained in good repair. Missing or damaged floor tiles were observed, with some areas covered by rugs. Food premises must be maintained in a sanitary condition and in good repair, including floor surfaces that can be effectively cleaned and safely used by customers and staff. Damaged or uneven flooring may interfere with cleaning and may create a trip/fall hazard, particularly for customers using walkers or mobility aids. Please repair or replace damaged flooring and maintain all floor surfaces in good repair.
